Ever since I was a little kid I have always looked forward to my trips down to big town. Some of my most favorite memories are the weeks I have spent with my aunt, uncle and cousins down in Denver. Things have not changed very much. I still truly enjoy every minute I get to spend with them and am always looking forward to the next time I will get to see them. Thanks so much guys for being such gracious hosts we had a fabulous time! Terri and Brooke enjoying a drink on the patio despite the rain.

Hockey Camp
For the second year in a row the boys were able to attend hockey camp at Denver University. It was declared more fun than last year by both boys. Robbie even was able to come with us this year. It was a true joy to watch them skate. I think Billings was represented quite well throughout the week.

coeur d'alene
The boys and I were fortunate enough to tag along with Robbie on a business trip to Coeur d'Alene. I think I would absolutely love, love, love to live on a lake somewhere in Montana. It was so refreshing to wake up to the sunrise on the lake, have a warm cup of coffee and feel a cool breeze blowing off the lake. We were also able to take in a few of the sites around the area. It was fun and relaxing little getaway.
We decided we wanted to be tourists so we stopped at the Silver Dollar Bar along the way for a few refreshments.

4th of July
We enjoyed a very relaxing 4th of July. We went to the baseball game in the afternoon and then over to Grandpa and Grandma's house for a nice BBQ and BIG fireworks. Their whole neighborhood really put on quite the show and we can see next year that we need bigger and louder fireworks!

Father's Day
We enjoyed a wonderful Father's Day Sunday! Grandpa Dave and Grandma Diane graciously hosted a wonderful brunch in the morning. We had a wonderful time sipping on champagne and orange juice visiting with all our favorite family members. Later in the afternoon we went golfing with Grandpa Smith and Gayle and ended the day with dinner at the Chop House. Happy Father's Day to all the special fathers in my life. You guys are the BEST!!!
I guess no matter how old you get the box is still the best present you could ever get!
"I shot a wabbit, I shot a wabbit......."
It won't be long until they are all great white fathers. We will always love you no matter how white your hair gets or how much hair you lose everyday!

Bat Boys
The boys were fortunate enough to have the chance to be bat boys for the Scarlets on Friday night. They were very excited and could not wait to get to the ballpark. They got to shag balls during batting practice and even play catch during warm-ups. They are looking forward to the next time they get to do it again.

Fishing at the Tongue
The boys and I joined Grandpa Dave and Grandma Diane at the Tongue for a night. Although the weather was terrible on our drive up it turned out to be a beautiful evening of fishing. We were fortunate enough to catch 53 fish! Poor Grandpa Dave had to clean all the fish himself. After two hours of cleaning he was finally able to go to bed around 11:30. He can't wait for the day until the boys learn how to clean fish.

Crosby Our New Puppy!!
Happier times are here again for the Smiths! Our new addition is here. Crosby, our new golden retriever puppy, was brought home two weeks ago and we are having an absolute ball with him. We have enjoyed watching him explore his new world where everything is brand new. He makes us laugh every day just watching him chase butterflies, leaves, slipping in the mud and down the stairs. We have noticed that he LOVES to chew and LOVES rocks. We are all still getting to know each other, but are loving every minute we can snuggle and love him. He is going to make a wonderful friend for all of us.

Roberto turns the Big 33!!
We had a great time celebrating Robbie's 33rd birthday! Festivities included lunch and "lemonade" at Hooligans and a wonderful dinner at Enzo's. Robbie, it is hard to believe that I have spent over half my life with you, but it has been so much fun. We have made so many unforgettable memories and it just keeps getting better. Thanks for making me laugh everyday! My life is so much better because you are in it. Here is to another 33 years! We love you!
